How to modify or cancel a quote

Before payment

You can freely cancel or modify any quote before you pay. Simply let our team know through chat or the contact form, and we will update or void the quote at no charge.

Modifications include changing quantity, size, color, or switching to a different variant of the same product.

After payment, before we order

If you have paid but we have not yet placed the order with the seller (usually within 24 hours), we can cancel and issue a refund minus a handling fee. The handling fee covers payment processing costs.

After the order is placed

Once we have placed the order with the seller, cancellation depends on the seller's policy:

  • Seller accepts cancellation -- We cancel with the seller. You receive a refund minus handling fees and any non-recoverable costs (seller restocking fee, return freight).
  • Seller does not accept cancellation -- Some sellers have strict no-cancellation policies. In this case, the order proceeds as normal.
  • Item already shipped -- If the seller has already dispatched, cancellation is treated as a return. Return shipping costs apply.

Modifications after order

Changes to the order (size, color, etc.) after it has been placed depend entirely on the seller. We will attempt the modification on your behalf, but we cannot guarantee sellers will accommodate changes.
