How combined quotes work and when to use them

What is a combined quote?

A combined quote lets you group multiple products from the same origin country into a single order. Instead of paying separate international shipping for each item, everything ships together -- saving you money.

When to use a combined quote

  • Same origin country -- All items must ship from the same country (e.g. all from the US, or all from China).
  • Multiple items -- You are ordering 2 or more products at the same time.
  • Same destination -- Everything is going to the same delivery address.

If your items come from different countries, they must be quoted separately since they ship on different routes.

How to request a combined quote

  1. Add all the product links to your order form.
  2. Make sure the origin country is the same for every product.
  3. Enable the combined quote option on the form.
  4. Submit -- you will receive one quote ID covering all items with consolidated shipping.

How much do you save?

International shipping has a significant base cost regardless of weight. By combining items, you split that base cost across products. Savings vary, but for 3-4 small items from the US, you could save 20-40% on total shipping compared to individual quotes.

What if one item is delayed?

In a combined quote, all items are consolidated at our warehouse before shipping together. If one seller ships late, the entire shipment waits. If the delay is significant, we may offer to split the shipment -- with your approval -- so the ready items can ship first.
