  • Urgent issues (payment problems, delivery issues) -- Within 30 minutes to 1 hour
  • High priority (order modifications, shipping questions) -- Within 1-4 hours
  • Normal questions -- Within 4-8 hours
  • Low priority (general inquiries, feedback) -- Within 24 hours
