Details

eBay is the marketplace for things that aren't on Amazon. Vintage tech, used-but-good electronics, collectibles, hard-to-find international items, and auctions where the price reflects what someone's willing to pay rather than fixed retail. Drop a link on our order page — we buy or bid on your behalf, ship internationally, clear customs.

What ebay does best

  • Collectibles — trading cards, coins, stamps, vintage memorabilia
  • Vintage and refurbished tech — older Apple gear, retro gaming, vinyl, audio equipment
  • Fashion — designer used or new-with-tags pieces, vintage clothing, sneakers
  • Hobby and craft — niche supplies, limited-edition collectibles, model kits
  • Auto and tool parts — specific components from US/UK auto suppliers
  • Books and media — rare prints, vintage vinyl, out-of-print DVDs

For brand-new mainstream items (current phones, common electronics), Amazon US or Amazon India is usually cheaper and faster. eBay's edge is uniqueness.

Auctions vs Buy It Now

eBay sells two ways:

  • Buy It Now — fixed price. We get an instant quote on the listed price. Same workflow as Amazon
  • Auctions — bidding closes at a set time. You give us your maximum bid amount in the order note; we bid up to that on your behalf. We pay the winning amount (which may be lower than your max) and ship as usual

For auctions, factor in 2–4 days at the auction-end window before international forwarding starts.

Customs included

Every quote includes destination customs duty and VAT/GST. The price you see at booking is the price you pay — no surprise duty bill at delivery. For high-rate categories (luxury fashion, branded electronics), the customs line will be itemized so you can see the math.

Worth knowing

  • Check seller location before bidding. US/UK sellers ship to our forwarding warehouses faster than sellers in other origins
  • For auctions, set your max bid based on landed cost (use calculator), not just the auction price. Freight and duty add up
  • Add size, color, and variant preferences in the order note for fashion items
  • Compare with Amazon or Walmart for new items. eBay is for the unique
  • For high-value collectibles, save the listing screenshot. Useful evidence if anything arrives different than described
  • We don't bid on items we can identify as counterfeit (fake luxury, fake-brand goods)
