These terms govern your use of our online store and the purchase of products from iWB Enterprises. Please read them before placing an order.

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order with iWB Enterprises. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these terms.

About iWB Enterprises

iWB Enterprises (GSTIN: 06AYUPV5257C1ZW) operates an online retail platform at iwishbag.com/in that sells and delivers products to customers across India.

When you place an order with us, iWB Enterprises is the seller. We source, handle, and deliver products to you directly.

Products and listings

Product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing are provided in good faith and updated regularly. We make every effort to ensure accuracy, but minor differences in colour, packaging, or specifications may occur.

We reserve the right to withdraw or modify listings at any time. Availability is confirmed only after we accept your order.

  • Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • If an item becomes unavailable after you have ordered, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

Placing and confirming orders

An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us by email or on-screen. We reserve the right to cancel or decline orders for any reason, including pricing errors or stock issues, and will notify you promptly.

You must provide accurate delivery information. We are not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, our returns policy applies.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.

Pricing, taxes, and payments

All prices are in INR and include GST where applicable. A GST invoice is issued for every transaction.

Accepted payment methods include UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and any other methods shown at checkout. Payment must be received in full before we process the order.

  • If a pricing error is discovered after order placement, we will inform you and offer the option to reconfirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
  • Bank charges or payment gateway fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

Shipping and delivery

We deliver across India. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates and may vary due to logistics or other factors outside our control. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

  • We do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Estimated timelines are indicative only.
  • If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or no one to receive the parcel, re-delivery may incur additional charges.

Delivery delays

Delivery timelines provided at checkout and in order confirmation are estimates. Delays can occur due to logistics, customs clearance, carrier routing, weather, or other factors outside our reasonable control.

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate when available.

  • You may cancel unshipped items for a full refund.
  • For items already dispatched, cancellation is subject to carrier policies and return shipping costs.
  • We do not offer compensation, credits, or penalty payments for delivery delays unless the delay was directly caused by our negligence.
  • If a delay exceeds 45 days beyond the original estimate with no resolution in sight, you may request cancellation and we will refund all amounts within our control.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Consumer rights under Indian law

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other applicable Indian consumer protection legislation.

If you believe your consumer rights have not been respected, you may raise a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (1800-11-4000) or file a complaint on the INGRAM portal.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

  • Product warranties are the sole responsibility of the manufacturer. We will assist with warranty claims where possible.
  • Nothing here excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising under these terms in any 12-month period shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim, or (b) the total fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, loss of data, business interruption, or cost of substitute goods.

  • Nothing here reduces rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or other mandatory consumer protection laws.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless iWB Enterprises, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

  • Your violation of these terms or applicable Indian laws.
  • Inaccurate information or false declarations you provide.
  • Your misuse of the platform or any fraudulent activity on your account.
  • Third-party claims arising from products you ordered through our platform.

Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, wars, government actions, sanctions, carrier strikes, port closures, internet outages, or disruptions to banking or payment systems.

If a force majeure event continues for more than 60 days, either party may cancel affected orders. Refunds in such cases are limited to amounts not already committed to suppliers or carriers.

Account suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these terms, engaged in fraud, abused the chargeback process, or used our platform for illegal purposes.

Upon termination, any outstanding balances remain payable. Orders in progress will be completed or cancelled at our discretion, with refunds issued for unshipped items only.

  • You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Active orders must be completed or cancelled before closure.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any person at our sole discretion.

Electronic communications consent

By using our platform, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email, SMS, WhatsApp, and dashboard notifications. You agree that all notices, disclosures, and other communications we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but transactional messages (order updates, payment confirmations, delivery notices) are essential to the service and cannot be disabled while you have active orders.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to binding arbitration in Gurugram, Haryana, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

We review and update these terms periodically. Continued use of our platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Severability & entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refunds policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and iWB Enterprises regarding use of our platform. They supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or representations.
