How iWishBag works -- a complete guide for new users

What is iWishBag?

iWishBag is a cross-border shopping concierge. We help you buy products from international online stores and deliver them to your door -- handling the purchase, international shipping, customs clearance, and last-mile delivery.

We are not a seller. You are buying from the original store (Amazon, eBay, AliExpress, etc.). We act as your purchasing agent and logistics coordinator.

How it works in 5 steps

1. Find what you want

Browse any online store worldwide. When you find a product you want, copy the product URL.

2. Get a quote

Paste the product URL into our quote form. Within 24 hours, you receive a detailed quote showing: product cost, service fee, international shipping, customs duty estimate, and total delivered price.

3. Approve and pay

If the quote works for you, approve it and pay using your preferred payment method. We support local payment options for each region we serve.

4. We handle everything

Once you pay, our team:

  • Places the order with the seller
  • Receives it at our warehouse and inspects it
  • Prepares customs documentation
  • Ships it internationally with insured, trackable carriers
  • Coordinates customs clearance

5. Delivered to your door

A local courier delivers the package to your address. You can track every stage from your dashboard.

What stores can I order from?

Virtually any online store: Amazon (US, UK, Japan, India, etc.), eBay, AliExpress, Alibaba, Walmart, Target, specialized stores, and more. If you can share a product link, we can usually source it.

What countries do you deliver to?

We currently serve customers in Nepal, India, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Maldives, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Malaysia, and Singapore -- with more coming.

Who provides warranty?

Warranty is provided by the original seller or manufacturer, not by iWishBag. We can provide order numbers, invoices, and proof of purchase to help with warranty claims.
