Why retailers ask
Couriers call the delivery phone number when they cannot find the address or when the recipient is not at the door. If the number is yours in Nepal, the courier in Delhi cannot reach you -- so the package sits at the depot.
Use the warehouse phone number for every order. It belongs to a teammate who can actually pick up when the courier calls.

- China warehouse: shown in your dashboard under Mailbox → China
- Japan warehouse: shown in your dashboard under Mailbox → Japan
What about OTPs?
Some retailers send an SMS OTP to the delivery phone to confirm the order. This is a problem -- we cannot read your OTPs. Three workarounds:
- Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa: set your account phone number to your own Nepal/India number. The OTP goes there. The delivery phone on the shipping address is only used by the courier.
- Flipkart: same -- account phone separate from delivery phone. Put yours on the account.
- Cash on Delivery orders: we do not accept COD. If a retailer only offers COD for your first order, prepay instead.
If the courier cannot reach us
Very rare, but it happens during holidays. Couriers usually reattempt the next working day. If you are tracking a package and you see "delivery failed" on the retailer side, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase the courier directly.
