Free storage
Every package that arrives at our warehouse is stored free of charge for 30 days from the date of arrival. During this period, you can:
- Wait for other packages to arrive for consolidation
- Decide when you want to ship
- Request photos or additional inspection
After 30 days
Packages that remain in our warehouse beyond the free period incur a small daily storage fee. The fee is based on the size and weight of the package. You will receive email reminders as the free period approaches its end.
How to avoid storage fees
- Plan your orders together -- Order items around the same time so they arrive within a similar window, making consolidation faster.
- Ship promptly -- Once all your items have arrived, request consolidation and dispatch within the free period.
- Set up notifications -- Enable email alerts so you know when packages arrive and when the free period is ending.
Checking storage status
Log in to your account and go to the Mailbox section. Each package shows its arrival date and how many free storage days remain.
Abandoned packages
Packages left in storage beyond 90 days without any communication may be disposed of. We always attempt to contact you multiple times before taking any action.
