When the invoice arrives
Once you request shipping (or consolidate and request), we weigh the final outgoing package and send you an invoice. Payment is due before the package leaves the warehouse.
Your options
From Nepal
- Fonepay -- recommended. Pay directly from your bank app, no fees, clears in seconds. NPR only.
- Khalti -- works if you already use Khalti. Small service fee from Khalti.
- International card -- Visa or Mastercard. We bill in USD and your bank converts. A 2-3% FX markup is normal.
- USD bank transfer -- for large invoices above $500. Ask us for SWIFT details on WhatsApp.
From India
- UPI -- fastest. We send a UPI link; you pay from any UPI app. INR, no fees.
- Card -- Visa, Mastercard, RuPay. INR billing.
From elsewhere
- International card or PayPal -- USD billing.
NPR or USD -- which to pick?
If you are paying from a Nepali bank account, pick NPR. The rate we use updates daily and is usually very close to the interbank rate. Paying USD from a Nepali card triggers your bank's FX markup on top, which is worse.
If you have a USD wallet (Wise, Payoneer, employer payouts), USD is cheaper -- no FX cost at all.
When does it ship?
Payment clears, we print the outgoing label the same day or next morning. You get a tracking number on email and in the dashboard.
If something looks wrong
If the invoice weight looks higher than you expected, check the volumetric weight line. Airfreight bills the larger of actual weight and volume -- a lightweight item in a large box is priced on the box, not the item. If you think we have miscalculated, reply to the invoice email with the order number and we will recheck.
