Frequently asked questions

How do I import in bulk from China to Belgium?+
Share your 1688, Taobao, Yiwu or Alibaba product links with iWishBag. We negotiate price and MOQ with the supplier in Mandarin, pay via our China entity, QC and consolidate at our Guangzhou warehouse, then ship to Belgium by air or sea cargo with customs cleared — one all-in landed-cost quote covering goods, freight, duty and delivery.
How long does cargo from China to Belgium take?+
Typical transit is 4-13 days door-to-door. Air cargo is faster; sea cargo is cheaper per kg for heavy or bulky bulk orders. We quote both so you can pick the best landed cost.
What is the customs duty into Belgium?+
Belgium applies 21% BTW/TVA plus customs duty on imports above the EU de-minimis threshold. iWishBag pre-clears both into the quote and handles Douane/Douanes clearance.
Can I pay in my local currency?+
Yes. We accept card, PayPal, Bancontact, SEPA. We pay the supplier in China — you never need an international card or a Chinese payment account.
