Frequently asked questions

How do I import in bulk from China to India?+
Share your 1688, Taobao, Yiwu or Alibaba product links with iWishBag. We negotiate price and MOQ with the supplier in Mandarin, pay via our China entity, QC and consolidate at our Guangzhou warehouse, then ship to India by air or sea cargo with customs cleared — one all-in landed-cost quote covering goods, freight, duty and delivery.
How long does cargo from China to India take?+
Typical transit is 10-14 days door-to-door. Air cargo is faster; sea cargo is cheaper per kg for heavy or bulky bulk orders. We quote both so you can pick the best landed cost.
What is the customs duty into India?+
India applies Basic Customs Duty plus IGST on imports above the de-minimis threshold. iWishBag includes both in the upfront quote and handles the import paperwork.
Can I pay in my local currency?+
Yes. We accept UPI, card, Razorpay, net banking. We pay the supplier in China — you never need an international card or a Chinese payment account.
