Where tracking lives
Every package has a tracking page inside your dashboard. Open Mailbox → Shipments, pick the shipment, and you see the full history. The page auto-refreshes every few minutes when a package is actively moving.
What each status means
- Expected -- you declared it, we have not received it yet. Nothing to do on your side.
- Received at warehouse -- we have the box. Photos of the sealed box and label are attached. The clock on free storage starts now.
- Ready to ship -- you have requested shipping and the invoice is issued. Waiting on payment.
- In transit -- origin country -- the box has left our warehouse and is on its way to the airline. Usually 1 day.
- In flight -- handed to the airline. Delhi-Kathmandu flights are daily; most boxes are on a plane within 24 hours.
- Customs clearance -- landed, waiting for Nepal Customs to clear. Usually 1-3 days. Can be longer during festivals.
- Out for delivery -- domestic courier in Nepal has it. Usually delivered same day.
- Delivered -- at your door. If the status flipped but you do not have the package, check with neighbours or building reception first, then message us.
"Stuck in customs" -- what to do
Most packages clear within 3 days. If a package is stuck longer, it usually means customs wants a document -- an invoice, a product description, or proof of value. You will get a notification in the dashboard asking for it. Reply with the document and clearance resumes.
We handle the rest of the paperwork. You should never have to call customs directly or visit the airport in person.
What if the tracking has not updated in days?
Airfreight status updates come in batches from the airline, not continuously. It is normal to see no movement for 24-48 hours mid-journey. If it has been more than 5 days since the last update and the package is not yet in Nepal, message us on WhatsApp and we will chase the airline.
