Is AliExpress blocked where you are?

In several markets, "shop AliExpress" isn't as simple as opening the site. The best-known case is India, which banned the AliExpress app in 2020 along with other Chinese apps — the app is gone from Indian app stores and the site is unreliable to access, and AliExpress does not deliver to Indian addresses. Elsewhere, sellers commonly exclude destinations they consider expensive or risky to ship to, so a listing that looks available globally may refuse your address at checkout.

None of that changes what you can actually buy. Because we purchase through our China rails and import through our own consolidated lane, the block only affects who clicks the buy button — not whether the product can reach Singapore. Browse the catalog however you can see it (VPN, mirror listings on the same product, or send us a product name and photo and we'll find it), send us the link or description, and we handle the purchase, customs, and delivery. Duties are included in the quote, so a "banned" app doesn't mean banned goods — it just means the buying happens on our side.

Why consolidation changes the math

Most AliExpress orders come from different sellers. Order from five sellers and you'd normally pay international shipping five times — or rely on AliExpress's slow direct shipping (45–60 days, often unreliable tracking).

Through our China address, sellers ship domestically — often free or under $1. We hold everything until your last parcel arrives, then send the whole stack as one international shipment. On a typical 5-seller order, customers save 50–80% on shipping versus AliExpress direct.

Spotting trustworthy sellers

AliExpress quality ranges from solid to outright scam. Stick to sellers with:

• 4.5+ stars overall — anything lower is a coin toss
• 95%+ positive feedback — visible on the seller's storefront
• 1000+ orders on the listing — popular listings get vetted by buyers before you
• Reviews with photos — real buyers, real product
• Reasonable pricing — if a "name brand" is 80% off retail, it's a knockoff

Save the listing URL when you order. If it goes wrong, you'll need it for the dispute.

Direct shipping makes sense for one cheap item. For anything more, the consolidation math wins easily.

The sales calendar

If you can wait, time your order around the big AliExpress events:

• 11.11 (November 11) — biggest sale of the year, 50–70% off across most categories
• 3.28 Anniversary Sale — late March, second-largest event
• Summer Sale — June–July, mostly fashion
• Black Friday — late November, global event AliExpress mirrors

Order two to three weeks ahead of when you need things — sale-period parcels move slower because the whole China-export pipeline is full.

Is AliExpress available in Singapore? Direct AliExpress delivery to Singapore is limited or blocked for many sellers and categories. The workaround: send us the product link — we buy from AliExpress through our China rails, ship, clear customs, and deliver to your door.

Does AliExpress ship to Singapore? Many listings won't ship directly. We bridge the gap: we purchase for you, consolidate at our China warehouse, manage freight and customs, and deliver to Singapore.

How long does AliExpress to Singapore delivery take? Typically 10-21 days by air depending on seller dispatch speed and customs; surface freight for heavy items takes 25-35 days. Consolidating multiple orders into one shipment is cheaper per item.

What if a seller never ships? Open a dispute on AliExpress within the protection window. We can also help — if you used "we shop for you," we handle disputes for you.

How long do you hold parcels at the warehouse? Up to 90 days free. After that we'll ask you what to do.

Can I add to a shipment after it's started? Yes, until we package it for international forwarding. Tell us through the dashboard so we know to wait.

What about counterfeit goods? We won't ship items we can identify as counterfeit (fake luxury, fake brand electronics). For anything ambiguous, we flag it before shipping and ask you to confirm.
