How reviews work

No hidden stars.

Verified orders

A review is marked verified when the customer wrote it from the private link we send after their order is delivered. Testimonials sent to us on WhatsApp or Facebook are shown without the mark.

Their words, not ours

We may fix an obvious typo or trim a very long review. We never change what a customer meant, and we keep the original.

Good and bad

We don't remove reviews for being critical. We only hold back spam and anything that shows personal details like a phone number or address.

We answer

When something went wrong, a person on our team replies here and follows up with the customer directly.

Your turn.

Paste a link from Amazon, Flipkart, iHerb or almost any store. We send one all-in price, buy it, and deliver it to your door.
