What is consolidation?
When you have multiple packages from different sellers sitting in our warehouse, we can combine them into a single shipment. This reduces shipping costs significantly.
How to consolidate
- Order items from multiple stores -- they arrive at our warehouse separately.
- Go to your Mailbox dashboard to see all packages in storage.
- Select 2 or more packages and click Request Consolidation.
- We repack the items into fewer boxes and ship as one.

Storage
Packages are stored free for 30 days. After that, a small daily storage fee applies. Consolidate and ship before the free period expires to save.
