Where to find your invoice
Invoices are available in your account dashboard under My Orders. Click on any order to view or download the invoice as a PDF.
Invoice line items
Your invoice includes:
- Product cost -- The item price from the seller, in your billing currency.
- Service fee -- Our concierge fee for purchase coordination, quality check, and logistics.
- International shipping -- Freight charges from origin to destination country.
- Last-mile delivery -- Local courier charges (may be included in shipping on some routes).
- Customs duty and taxes -- Import duty, VAT, or GST as applicable.
- Insurance -- If you opted for insurance protection.
Weight adjustments
If the actual weight of your package differs from the estimate in your quote, the shipping line on your invoice will reflect the actual weight. We notify you of any adjustment before it is applied. Adjustments are settled on your next payment or refunded if you overpaid.
Currency
Invoices are issued in your billing currency based on your region. If your payment method converts to a different currency, the conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider -- that conversion is outside our control.
GST invoicing (India)
For customers in India, invoices include proper GST details. iWishBag is GST-registered in India and provides compliant tax invoices for every transaction.
