How to manage your account settings

Accessing your settings

Log in to your account and navigate to Account Settings from the profile menu. Here you can manage all your personal information and preferences.

What you can change

Personal information

  • Name -- Update your first and last name as displayed on orders and invoices.
  • Email address -- Change your login email. You will need to verify the new email address.
  • Phone number -- Update your contact number. A reachable phone is important for delivery coordination.
  • Delivery address -- Add, edit, or remove saved delivery addresses.

Security

  • Password -- Change your password anytime from account settings.
  • Login method -- If you signed up with email, you can also link Google sign-in for convenience (and vice versa).

Notifications

  • Email notifications -- Control which order updates and marketing emails you receive.
  • WhatsApp notifications -- Enable or disable order updates via WhatsApp (where available).

Deleting your account

If you wish to delete your account, contact our support team. Please note that active orders must be completed or cancelled before account deletion. We will retain transaction records as required by law.
