Can I buy from 1688 if I'm in your country?+

Yes. 1688 is China-domestic only (Chinese-language, Alipay-only, ships inside China). We read and negotiate in Mandarin, pay the supplier, receive at our Guangzhou & Yiwu warehouses, and forward to your country under one bill — no Chinese card, address, or language needed.

What's the minimum order quantity?+

It varies by supplier — typically 100–1,000 pcs on 1688, and much lower at the Yiwu market where mixed-SKU sourcing is normal. As your sourcing agent we negotiate MOQ down and consolidate across suppliers so your first order stays manageable.

How much customs duty will I pay?+

Customs duty depends on your country and the product's HS code, plus local import tax. We declare honestly by HS code and include duty and tax in your landed-cost quote.

Sea or air cargo — which should I pick?+

Air is faster (about a week) and suits light, high-value or urgent goods. Sea (LCL/FCL) is cheaper per kg and suits heavy or bulky orders, though slower. We quote both so you choose the best landed cost per shipment.

Can I pay in your local currency?+

Yes — your local currency via card, bank transfer or local payment methods. We pay the supplier in China; you never need an international card or Chinese payment account.
