How to track your order

Tracking your order

Once your order is placed and shipped, you can track its progress at every stage:

  1. Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
  2. Click on the order to see the tracking timeline with milestones: Ordered, Shipped from seller, Arrived at warehouse, Dispatched to you, Out for delivery, Delivered.
  3. You will also receive email notifications at key stages.

Why is my tracking not updating?

Tracking can pause during:

  • Export processing at origin country
  • Customs clearance (1-5 business days is normal)
  • Carrier handoffs between international and local couriers

If there is no movement for more than 4 business days, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.
