Tracking your order
Once your order is placed and shipped, you can track its progress at every stage:
- Log in to your account and go to My Orders.
- Click on the order to see the tracking timeline with milestones: Ordered, Shipped from seller, Arrived at warehouse, Dispatched to you, Out for delivery, Delivered.
- You will also receive email notifications at key stages.
Why is my tracking not updating?
Tracking can pause during:
- Export processing at origin country
- Customs clearance (1-5 business days is normal)
- Carrier handoffs between international and local couriers
If there is no movement for more than 4 business days, contact our support team and we will investigate with the carrier.
