Can I ship anything from Nepal?+

Almost. We serve 80+ countries from Kathmandu and most parcels land in 4 business days. Live plants, ivory, and a few animal products can't ship; if anything in your parcel is restricted for your destination, we tell you at intake.

How much does it cost?+

Roughly NPR 8,000-11,000 for 1.5kg and NPR 13,000-16,000 for 5kg to most Western destinations. The calculator gives you the exact number for your weight and destination in about 30 seconds.

I'm an NRN — how is this different for me?+

Most NRN parcels work like this: family in Nepal drops the parcel at our Kathmandu warehouse, you pay from abroad in USD/GBP/AUD/AED, we handle paperwork and customs. Updates land in WhatsApp and email.

What do NRNs usually ship home?+

Pashmina, dhaka topi, jewelry, tea, spices, juniper incense, prayer flags, singing bowls, paubha thangka, hemp goods, khukuri (with a destination check), lokta paper, personal documents, and festival hampers.

How long does it take?+

How does customs work?+

We handle customs clearance in the destination country. Duty is calculated on the declared value of the contents, not on our fee. Most personal parcels under USD 100-200 owe minimal duty, sometimes none.

Yes. NPR via eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, or FonePay. USD/GBP/EUR/AUD/AED via Stripe, PayPal, or Airwallex. The rate at checkout is the rate we charge.

What if the parcel is damaged or lost?+

Every shipment includes basic carrier insurance. For high-value items, add declared-value protection at checkout. If something goes wrong, we file the claim — you don't deal with the carrier directly.
