Frequently asked questions

Can I buy from 1688.com from Nepal?+
Yes. Chinese-only interface with no English, and it accepts only domestic Chinese payment (Alipay) and ships only within China. iWishBag bridges all of that: We read and negotiate in Mandarin, pay via our China entity, receive at our Shenzhen hub, run QC, and forward to Nepal under one all-in bill.
What's the minimum order when sourcing from 1688.com?+
MOQ depends on the supplier and product. As your sourcing agent we negotiate MOQ down and consolidate across several suppliers so your first order stays manageable.
How do I pay?+
Pay iWishBag in NPR via eSewa, Khalti, ConnectIPS, FonePay or bank transfer. We handle the Chinese-side payment — you never need a Chinese card or account.
What about customs duty into Nepal?+
Nepal duty depends on the product's HS code, plus 13% VAT on (goods + freight + duty). We declare honestly and include duty and VAT in your all-in landed-cost quote.
